Shipping is free for orders over €150.
Otherwise the following shipping costs apply:
Germany - shipping time 4-7 working days: €6.00
Austria - shipping time 2-3 working days: €5.00
Switzerland - Shipping time 4-7 working days: €9,90
EU - shipping time 4-7 working days: 15€
Rest of the world: €20.00
Outside the EU, additional customs fees may apply; these are not calculated in advance.
Return Policy:
You can return the products ordered in our online shop at your own expense within 30 days of receiving the order and receive a full refund of the value of the goods. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed because this service has already been fulfilled.
However, if you return your ordered products after these 30 days, or they are damaged or used, we will reject the returned order and the purchase price cannot be refunded. Items of clothing will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging and that
Original label has not been removed.
Important:
If an item is sent back to us, the consumer is responsible for the costs. Packages that are not prepaid will not be accepted.
Returning incorrect or defective products:
If an incorrect (does not correspond to what was ordered) or defective item was delivered, we will of course refund you the return shipping costs.
Please send us a copy of the receipt to info@rflctclo.com. If you send us this receipt, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the item via NORMAL mail. We CANNOT reimburse express shipping costs. Therefore choose the normal shipping method. We cannot refund the original shipping costs because this service has already been used.
