1. How does RFLCT clothing fit?
Our cuts are mostly oversized and modern. Occasionally, we also offer regular-cut styles. You can find details about measurements in the product description under "Fit & Sizing." If you're unsure about a measurement, or if you're unsure, please feel free to contact us – we'll help you quickly.

2. When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.
As soon as your package is on its way, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Within Germany and Austria: usually 3-7 working days.
EU-wide: approx. 4–8 working days.
Outside the EU: 7–14 working days depending on the country.

6. Can I return my order?
Yes, of course. At least everything that isn't on sale. Sale items cannot be returned.
You can return unworn items to us within 14 days of receipt.

7. How does a return process work?
There's a return slip inside the package. Please fill it out and then return the package to us yourself. We do not cover the return shipping costs.
